How to buy
Buying from us, in English
The shop pages are in French, but you are very welcome to write to us in English. The easiest way is a WhatsApp message or an e-mail with the link or a photo of the piece: we reply quickly, in English.
Tip: your browser can translate any page of the shop. In Chrome, right-click and choose “Translate to English”. On an iPhone, tap the “aA” button in Safari.
- Choose. Every piece is shown with several photos, a detailed description of its condition and its price in euros.
- Reserve. Send us a message. A piece is reserved once we have agreed and a 50% deposit has been paid.
- Pay. By bank transfer, or in cash or by card in the shop. There is no online payment on this website.
- Collect or receive. Collect your piece in Vayrac, or have it carefully packed and delivered anywhere in France and Europe. Shipping costs depend on size, weight and destination, and are quoted in advance.
When you buy remotely, you have 14 days after delivery to change your mind (return costs are paid by the buyer). Any customs duties outside the EU are paid by the buyer. See our terms of sale (in French).
Frequently asked questions
Can I write to you in English?
Of course. A WhatsApp message or an e-mail is the easiest way: send us the link or a photo of the piece you like and we’ll reply in English.
Do you deliver outside France?
Yes, across Europe. Furniture and large pieces are delivered within 40 days in Europe (30 days in France). Items under 20 kg are shipped within 10 working days, with tracking. Shipping costs are quoted before you commit.
Can I see a piece before buying?
Yes, and you are very welcome. The shop is open on Saturdays from 10:30am to 5pm, and on other days by appointment. Opening hours may change, so please check our Google listing before you come.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, or in cash or by card in the shop. There is no online payment on this website and we never ask for card details.
Do you buy antiques and clear houses?
Yes. We buy single pieces as well as whole contents, and clear houses, flats, châteaux and manor houses in the Lot and neighbouring départements. Send a few photos on WhatsApp for a first estimate.
